Facts About March: In Pittsburgh, spring begins at 5:01 am on Thursday March 20. Also, thinking about St. Patrick’s Day the shamrock has been a symbol of Ireland for thousands of years. The word shamrock comes from the Gaelic word “seamrog” which means “little clover.” Have a good March!
