Condolences and compassion to Karen Good’s family on her recent passing on July 29 of their mother and grandmother: Karen Good. She was a well-loved member, who had been on the board of Bold in the past. She will be greatly missed.

Karen’s daughter Suzanne Dumbroski wrote: I’d like to personally thank the members of BOLD for supporting the family during this difficult time. You all provided a lot of comfort to us by sharing happier memories, sending your condolences and being at the viewing/funeral. BOLD members have been so good to all of us for as long as I can remember. Mom and Dad loved the events BOLD held, but most of all valued and appreciated the lifelong friends that they made throughout the years.

The family requested a donation to Scleroderma Foundation in lieu of flowers, 300 Rosewood Drive, Suite 105, Danvers, MA 01923-1389. Or to Suzanne Dumbroski, Karen’s daughter 106 Hidden Valley Rd. Monroeville, PA 15146

Happy Birthday to Ceinwen King-Smith, Stu Weissman and anyone else with a September birthday.

Thanks to all who contributed to the making of this newsletter.
